In order not to dehydration when exercising, follow the following rules of drinking water. Two hours before
exercise, drink 3 cups (600 cc) of water, and 1 cup (300 cc) 15-20 minutes before start
exercise. During the exercise, try drinking a glass (200 cc) of water every 20 minutes.
After exercising, drink water sebanyaknya (as best you can). The temperature of the water you drink
should range between 10-15 degrees Celsius, so easily absorbed by the body.
